Developed by Rick Faye and Greg Nelson, this is a signature training method of the Minnesota Kali Group. The student will do 8 sets of kick drills, 8 sets of knee drills and 8 sets of elbow drills whilst switching leads. The balanced training approach adds to the health benefits of the drill rounds format.
