Ghost Elusive Combat

Ghost is a deceptive and dynamic style of sport fighting that relies on constant movement, elusive footwork, creative striking and a proactive defence that overwhelms and confounds the opponent. Developed by the legendary Coach and martial artist Phil Norman, Ghost is based on the following principles, :

  1. Movement and Striking – Ghost focuses on developing dynamic and elusive movement first and striking second!
  2. Unorthodox & Elusive – Ghost is recognized as being unorthodox due to the regular boxing structure giving way to more elusive shapes and as a result new and unusual striking angles which are difficult to counter.
  3. Constant Movement – This principle ensures that you will develop a much higher level of fitness. So even if fighting isn’t your game, the health benefits from Ghost training are huge.

What to Expect During Class

In other words, come to class prepared to sweat, work hard and learn some exciting ways to hit and not get hit. With regular practice, you will quickly develop improved timing, distance and agility—not to mention endurance.
