MKG FIT is our brand new 30 day fitness bootcamp. It will run 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday & Friday 11:00-12:00 and is being headed up by the amazing Abbie Heiden.

MKG FIT is a class designed to improve your overall fitness levels whilst conditioning and strengthening the whole body. By using different elements like HIIT, Body weight, resistance, core, strength & endurance and mobility & flexibility training we will always keep your body guessing whilst giving you outstanding results!
